The Journal discusses and raises various issues related to Islamic education both theoretically and practically, while also raises the issue of research in Islamic education such as: technology, curriculum, media and learning model, instruments for evaluation in Islamic education, learning development for Islamic education, and action researches. Articles will be published if they were scientifically valuables, providing new knowledge and useful for the community of Islamic education. This journal is published twice a year, published in <strong>January</strong> and <strong>July</strong>. Teaching the Qur'an is not easy job? but, it needs various method. One of the most widely used method by educators in teaching the Qur'an is the Iqra' Method. This study aims to determine effectiveness implementation learning method Iqra' at the MDTA Baiturrahman Jati Baru Mosque in Padang. This research is in the form of study descriptive qualitative, data sources in the form of: Guidelines observation, interviews and documentation then analyzed how effective implementation learning the Qur'an with using the Iqra' Method at the MDTA Baiturrahman Jati Padang Mosque. This study aims to determine the picture of learning outcomes using android-based learning media, to determine the influence of android-based learning media on PAI learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative using quasi-experiments which aim to find research results whether there is an influence or not. The instrument testing technique in this study is the validity test and reliability test. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, tests. While the data analysis technique in this study is to test normality, homogeneity, and data testing. The data source in writing this thesis is the learning outcomes using multiple choices given to two classes, the two classes are the experimental class and the control class. This study found that: there is an influence of learning media on PAI learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 07 Padang. The data analysis technique used in the study uses the T data test or T test whose research results show that the posttest value Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. While the research alpha = 5% or 0.05. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a field research approach. Data sources were taken through in-depth interviews selected using purposive sampling techniques, informants consisting of the principal, homeroom teachers who are also Islamic religious education teachers, and parents of students. The results of the study showed that planning was quite optimal. The implementation of Islamic religious education for children with special needs was not optimal. However, outside of class hours in this SMPLB class there are religious activities such as kultum and wirid. In the evaluation, educators use the same evaluation techniques for mentally retarded and blind students. Supporting factors are that the principal and educators understand the management of Islamic religious education for children with special needs, and the parents of students support by providing motivation, both rewards and other things for the sustainability of their children's school. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis to comprehensively understand the implementation and outcomes of the program. The results showed that the religious program significantly contributed to students' ability to memorize and read the Qur'an well. In addition, this program accustomed students to routinely perform Dhuha prayers and practiced public speaking skills through cultum activities. These findings indicate that structured and consistent religious activities in schools have an important role in shaping students' spiritual, moral, and social characters.
